Wedding Videographer & Photographer on Teesside
Teesside is home. I am based in Billingham, so weddings in Stockton, Middlesbrough, Yarm, Redcar and Saltburn-by-the-Sea are on my doorstep, from the Georgian grandeur of Wynyard Hall to Rushpool Hall on the cliffs above Saltburn.
Based in Billingham and covering the whole of the North East, BlueSkyMoments also films weddings anywhere in the UK and destination weddings by arrangement.
Weddings I have filmed on Teesside
Two Teesside venues have their own pages on this site, each with a full wedding film. Wynyard Hall is a Georgian house in 150 acres of parkland, with the private Brooks Chapel, the Statue Gallery, the Mirror Room and walled gardens that lead down to the lake. Rushpool Hall is a 19th-century manor on the cliffs at Saltburn, with a grand staircase, a light-filled Ballroom, the Pavilion for outdoor ceremonies and woodland with views out to sea.
I have also filmed at The Hidden Oak near Stockton-on-Tees, a family-run, exclusive-use venue with a barn, woodland and lakes on a private 200-acre estate.

Teesside has backdrops you will not find anywhere else: Saltburn’s Victorian pier and its 1884 cliff lift, the cobbled high street and viaduct in Yarm, and the Transporter Bridge across the Tees at Middlesbrough. If a place matters to you, tell me and I will look at fitting a few portraits there into your day.
If your ceremony and reception are in different places, allow time for the drive between them: the A19 and A66 can be slow on a summer Saturday, and portraits are better unhurried. At coastal venues such as Rushpool Hall, the light over the sea is softest in the hour before sunset, so I often suggest slipping out for ten minutes then, even in the middle of the evening reception.

How I work
I work quietly in the background, so you can enjoy the day while I capture the vows, the speeches, the dance floor and the small moments in between. Professional audio means every word of your vows and speeches comes through clearly.
Drone footage of your venue is part of my full-day films, weather and airspace permitting, and I fly for property and business clients too: see my aerial photography. As Teesside is home, there are no travel fees here; I charge none for weddings within 100 miles of Billingham.

We had Michael film our full wedding day from morning preparations to the evening and he was very easy to work with, very polite, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for him and half of the time we didn’t even know he was there.
